Duck egg and sesame seed noodles.

Breakfast soup was bone-broth (free range chicken stock) with fresh fish, onion, fennel, bok choy, bean sprouts and my new invention duck egg and sesame seed noodles.

They were delicious and, reasonably noodle-like… shall I say noodlesque?

 

Yes, I shall.
