Breakfast of Champions.

The perfect breakfast.   Mushrooms pan fried in butter with fresh marjoram, flat leaf parsley and a fat clove of roasted garlic.

And tomato, in macadamia oil, with basil and corriander…Quail eggs…

So tiny!  Here they are next to a couple of hen eggs…

And on the plate, with some grilled free range bacon…
